Dish: Handmade Pumpkin Gnocchi
Instructor: Maria Chiacchio
Maria will prepare this seasonal recipe bringing her mom's secret to the table!!! Enjoy mixing potatoes and pumpkin and then roll one piece at a time after the mix is ready. After, we will cook them and we will make a butter and sage sauce to go with. Finish preparing your dish with a sprinkle of parmigian cheese and get ready to taste it!

David is a Denver architect whose passion for Italian cuisine blossomed over a 33-year residency in Rome, where he grew up and worked. Engaged in culinary alchemy since college years, David's repertoire is predominantly Italian, with a predilection for pastas and a good caffe' espresso. He is proposing one tried and trusted "secret family recipe" and one special fall recipe of Risotto with Pears and Radicchio.
