Nuovo Progetto Italiano
This new edition of Progetto Italiano is the culmination of a complete and accurate review, thanks to the feedback of many colleagues during the past years, based on their experience in the classroom. The revision has maintained the innovative structure of the previous edition and through small but numerous focused changes, this is a more complete text. The more important innovations are:
- Greater coherence between the student book and the workbook’s vocabulary
- Student book has been enriched with two new pages in each unit: one with preliminary activities, that intend to further motivate the students through various techniques of pre–reading and pre–listening; the other includes short self–evaluation activities—mainly on the communicative and lexical contents
- More natural, spontaneous and shorter conversations
- More audio extracts and activities for oral understanding and a new audio CD, recorded by professional actors
- New modern, clear layout, with separate activities
- New, more natural photos, and pleasant graphic designs
The workbook has shorter and more various activities, that even though they conserve their originality, they do not present a different vocabulary from the one of the student book; moreover, it has been enriched of new final tests and rendered by a more modern graphical setting.
The program is composed of:
- Student book with interactive CD–ROM, articulated in 11 units and 1 introductory unit.
- Workbook, with final tests, crosswords, listening tests for each unit and summing up tests every 3 units.
